Conditions for ReturnOr Exchange:

Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory:

• A continuous video recording from the moment you receive and start unboxing the sealed parcel is required.
  • The video must not be paused, edited, or cut in any way.
  • The video must clearly show the label on the parcel, product condition, and any issue (wrong/damaged/defective item).

Submit Video Within 24 Hours:

• The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Delayed submissions beyond 24 hours will not be entertained for return or exchange claims.

Product Condition:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and freebies (if any) must be returned along with the product.

Wrong or Defective Item Received:

• If the product received is not as described, defective, broken, or incomplete, we will provide an exchange or full refund.

Return Not Applicable In The Following Cases:

• No video or edited/paused video shared.
• Video shared after 24 hours of delivery.
• Product is used, worn, or washed.
• Minor color or design variation due to lighting/camera (not considered a defect).
• Change of mind or dislike of product after delivery.

Replacement Process

This process may take 2–3 working days after we receive the returned item.

Once the returned product reaches us, our team will thoroughly inspect the item.

If the claim is valid (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will process and send a replacement product.
